Cowdenbeath kicked off their pre-season campaign with a 3-1 win away to East of Scotland side Easthouses Lily. Cowden played a youth team augmented with numerous trialists and in fact all 3 of our goals were scored by trialists.
Coming up this Saturday sees Cowden play in Northern Ireland against Ballymena United. In the coming week we play both Brechin (13th) and Stenhousemuir (17th) away.
